Refunds and Exchanges
For hygiene and quality reasons I do not accept refunds on any jewellery or headwear. However I am willing to offer an replacement or repair on items if they appear faulty, due to no fault of your own on arrival. Please inspect your items on arrival, a period of 3 days from the time of arrival will be aloud for contacting me with regards to an repair or replacement.
Caring for your Items
Please follow product care guide enclosed in your packaging with regard to cleaning and care of Lola & Winter Jewellery. Lola & Winter does not take responsibility for items that are tarnished or damaged due to lack of care.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me at lolaandwinterstore@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
